+1 And I bet there's more than 110 HP lurking in that motor for those who are inclined to extract them.

I'll betcha that thing throws some heat! Those exhaust headers would be right in front of the driver's knees and the outlets just at their "toasty" toes.

I honestly tried to acquire this item since I also have Goldwing and was interedtedin the performance kit.

I sent mail to Australia and got the following response.

"Glen,

unfortunately this was a hoax (April fools) story.

We have a standard GL1800 painted up in the colours of our Road Race Team, but that is all it is.......just a great paint job.

The editor of AMCN (Ken Wootton) is a bit of a character, and runs a regular April Fools story in the edition of AMCN that comes out at that time of the year.

If you re-read the article there are several outrageous / erroneous remarks especially when you pronounce the name of the Japanese gentleman referred to in the article.

So, sorry to cause you any concerns, but we cannot help out with any "hot up" parts.
