A friend of mine has a 2013. Needs suspension adjusted and a bunch of farkles installed.

 
Don't think I'd be using any dealerships for that sorta work.

I've got no personal experience with these guys but read good things about them several times over on ADV.  Post up with whatever he finds.

For suspension I'm not really sure. If you go to the 7-11 on William floyd just south of the LIE and ask for catfish. He has an FJR and hes knowledgable on a guy or two for your friends needs.
