My daughter in Big Fork, MT always seems happy to see me and my friends.

Sometimes you do have trailer your bike. This was taken on the way to play in Death Valley with the boys.

My milestone on places I have been was two years ago when I completed two Iron Butt rides. The second one was a National Parks Tour. On that ride I covered every state from Kansas to Maine including all states north and south . When I was done I had hit 31 states and 91 National Parks, battle fields ect. This was completed during two weeks of vacation and one long weekend.

1. With the PNW Crew in the backwoods of Northern CA near Happy Camp, above Weaverville CA.

2. Same crew different trip, on the canyon road just outside of Oroville CA on the way to Susanville. Pure magic, with the road all to ourselves.

3. Running with Fairlaner to Tecate, then later in the week on Angeles Crest above Glendale in CA.

4. A most excellent run with Niehart from Pemberton to Lillooet BC. Then later on Hwy 8 just west of Merritt.

5. The run to FJ Rays that took us around Fossil, OR.

Just 24K on our two year old, mostly around the Smokey Mountains.

We did tour the Blue Ridge Parkway & Skyline Drive in '13.

And we toured a loop in the NW from Jackson Hole through Glacier NP to Waterton BC in '14.

Looking back makes me realize all that much more what an incredible machine the FJR has always been.

I have been to all those places on my FJR. Including snow flurries through Columbia Icefields in late June and torrential rain in Meat Cove NS.
