No Big problems except he knee hurtrs, badly. and my neck hurts badly. It is getting better.

It was a Yamaha Sports racing jacket, Scorpion Helmet, Olympic winter Over Pants, Olympic gloves and Oxtar matrics boots. That portectiction worked and looked like it should have, but I still feel like smeone kicked my ass.

M wife of 26 years, says it is time to go back to somthing safe. WTF doe that mean? "I think she intends me to drive a cage called a sports car :angry: I'm thinking maybe a Honda SU 2000.

Well, 'I will miss the FJR rush, of 0 to 60 in 3.0 seconds , but I was an "aggressive" L.A. driver, and as of now, the wife says the bike must go away to make Mrs. BB III happy (alternative = divorce). I am willing to comply at this time...please none of you tempt me with a test ride of an 06-07 FJR.

BYW, I need some help, getting the wrecked bike over from Auburn to Folsom Cclyce. I've got some farkles that must be removed ASAP...AK Radar, GPS.

I bet we'll see BBIII with an '06 or '07. We got his bike today. Basically all the plastic on the right side is toast from upper fairing all the way around to the tail piece. The TOG is bent severely and ground down about 40% of its width and the mounting bracket (no hole in the fairing type) is bent out from the frame. The mirror was ripped off, the Hole Shot can (that I love so much ) is scratched up pretty good. The brake pedal is bent in a bit...not much.

I'll take pics tomorrow morning. I'm guessing a total based on the sheer volume of stuff to be replaced + the possible concern of a bent frame with the tog having taken so much damage (even though I'd bet it's fine). The bike fired up first time for me to put it in the trailer. I thought something was wrong with it until I remembered those blasted hole shot headers and cans :LOL

You are welcome Bill, and it really was a pleasure to be able to provide a helping hand.

In regards to Nancy's impressions, I have that effect on some people. Sherri thinks I'm one of the nicest men she has ever met in her whole life! I just manipulate people though. I want people to be nice to me and I figure the best way to make that happen is to be nice to people. Do you see how conniving I am? With Sherri, I went as far as to fall in love with, care for and enjoy my time with her. The end result? I got what I want. It's all about me.

I agree with Nancy; I think Sherri is very pretty too.

BTW: I always liked your avatar of Toecutter, I thought it fit perfectly with my first ride, the FJR was bottoming out and my cowboy boots kept scraping. Believe me you would much rather have boots a scraping than a right knee that seems to have taken the full impact of 6'0"" 190 LBS @ 25 MPH.

I have some great footage on tape BB. I'll see if I can write it to CD and send you a copy.

The video came out pretty good for a first effort. Now I just have to figure a way to make it entertaining and small enough to be practical for internet viewing. My first edit took it to almost 700mb, just a little big!

BTW this rearview video shooting works a lot better if you do not give me the customary spacing. I saw a bumper sticker recently that referenced following too close and pulling of hair... you get the idea
