I agree with Mike, that's EXACTLY what I had pictured in my mind.Just playing around with the tools currently available (resolution, fonts, photos, etc.). Still looking for ideas, but something based on this could work out just fine:

I could have this up for sale as a 3" x 5" sticker at cafepress.com almost immediately. With no mark-up, the price would be 2.99 + shipping per sticker...
I gave that a shot using Word Art in Microsoft Word (only way I know how to do it) and it looked like ***. Just mashed the letters together unless I used a font too small to read on a sticker.
