Flap on Rear Tire of Gen 3 Bikes?

I read on here where some of the early Gen 3 bikes did not have the flap that is in front of the rear tire, does anybody know if that is still happening with the 2015's and on.

skag, none of the bikes have a flap on the front fender. Only the ES's have a flap on the rear fender.

The mounting holes are still there. I bought a Gen2 flap from my dealer for under $10.

Niehart, I did say in front of the rear tire and thanks for the info on the ES only, its an ES that I was concerned about.

FWIW, I briefly considered buying the OE rubber piece for my '15A, but instead made a larger version from a cut up black trash can. Works great and the Penske is well protected, at least from back tire gunk!

Partshark.com has it cheap Part # 5JW-21621-10-00

Only the 13-15 A models did not have it. It comes with the rivets, snaps right on for $10.

My 16es has the flap.

My '13A did not have the flap--I had to buy one from my dealer and install it myself in the holes that were already there. Probably just a production error--can't imagine that it was left off on purpose. My '16ES came with the same flap.
