Flashers Not Working

The signal lights and the hazard lights on my '07 aren't working. Everything else electrical is fine. Ordinarily this would point to a failed fuse

or flasher relay but I've checked the fuses and they're fine, and I just replaced the flasher relay as well, and the problem is still there.

Does anyone have some insight as to what else could be causing this?

On the Gen1, there is a group of wires that go into the frame on the left side of the triple tree. And in that set of wires, one of them can get corroded and keep it from working. Turn the handlebars to the right and turn the key on, then push the flasher button on. Jiggle the wires where I explained and sometimes you can track it down that way. Another forum member and I ran into that putting another friend's bike back together.

Fuses checked visually or with an Ohm meter? A fuse could be open and still look fine visually, DAMHIK.
