This dual sport ride is so easy that a Cave Man or an Annapolis Naval Academy Officer could do it! It's so easy that you could ride a BMW K1200 Light Truck on it. In actuality, our own GregM is going to ride the Apache Trail section on "The Dirty Old Whore" while his beautiful sweetie GSJane will be on her red BMW F650GS Twin. I, Chuy Medina "El Burrito Ballerina" will be on my silver 2009 F650GS Twin. The scenery is beautiful, the weather will be warm and it gives us an excuse to enjoy two of the nicer graded dirt roads near Phoenix.

If you want to eat breakfast before we tackle Apache Trail, then be there at 0900; they open at 0800.

We will take 88 east to Roosevelt and then 188 south to Globe, where we will top off our bikes gas tanks.

You know how Paul Harvey always said "And for the Rest of the Story...?" If you follow this thread above, you will see how Sweet Cheeks first complained about us meeting for breakfast at 0800 and departing at 0900 from Tortilla Flat, Arizona.

So because he peed his diaper so badly I moved breakfast back to 0900 and with a new departure of 1000 hours from TF.

Then he posted in whining and bawling over there being 2 dirt road sections. So we now have a 2nd all paved road section.

I had lunch at Pinnacle Peak General Store today with GSJane and "The Princess!" Sweet, beautiful GSJane has a bigger pair than this Wheaton Mary does. She's looking forward to riding the roads no matter the conditions! SkooterG's a PUSSY!

POSTSCRIPT TO vectervp1: Si, Arturo; I bought his lunch, as usual. But he did install my BMW F650GS crash bars for me!

But they are saying it will be 60 degrees. The breakfast is still a go at 0900 and I'm still DS riding at least the Apache Trail.
