Freaking Sore

Spent most of Sunday working on restoring my 87 ATK. Lot's of floor work, bending over, twisting wires, etc.

..and today I'm beat up sore?

Yep, same here. I'm too lazy to excerise and keep in shape as I age. I pay the price, and I'm only 57. I must do something about it. Tire changes on the floor just about kill me.

Thats why I have two lift tables.one ATV lift, two stationary stands and a overhead crane in my shop.Outside I have a tractor with a bucket to do the lifting. Getting old sucks. :angry:
