I ran across this very cool website last night and wanted to share it with anyone having children and a home network.

Configuration is very simple. Just point your home router's DNS IP addresses to the OpenDNS DNS servers, then browse to OpenDNS.com, create an account, and manage catagories to filter, etc. Filtering is applied to the entire network, or you can configure a single PC as well.

This free service works VERY WELL and is FAST!

Huh. Been using OpenDNS servers for years ('cuz they don't suck!) and didn't know this feature was available.

They should, I just read an article the other day that they are pulling down about $40K/Day in ad revenue! They have refined there offering to where it is a nice option to use.

If properly configured, it will make it faster! The downloads that is... :lol:

You can also configure it to block **** and such to protect the chillins.
