Some of you may remember my dilemma trying to find a body shop to repair and repaint my saddlebag after an unfortunate parking lot spill. The bag received heavy scratches due to the bike sliding down an asphalt hill at 45 degree angle.
The quotes I received from local body shops were in the $300 plus range. After posting here, our own Garauld volunteered to give it a shot for considerably less. After seeing some pics of the damage, he agreed to paint it at the same time he painted one of his racks. I received the bag a few days ago and I'm very impressed. The color match to the factory Galaxy Blue is perfect.
Kudos to Gary. The man has some skills!
