This thread is reminding me about how my local Yamaha and Honda dealer was forced to close shop due to poor management and swindling the customers (ProCycle).
Hey Tony, Any interest in opening a Yamaha Dealer in Springfield MO? This is a HUGE market here waiting for the right people to step up!

We are waiting on the state of MO to release the dealership so a new point can be opened. I have asked for it, but who knows at this point what will happen. It is not too far from our Rogers, AR location, so we are definitely interested......

Like Toe said they lost a lot of 30% customers which equals nothing.
I have purchased from a company called Mrcycle out of North Carolina and the prices are equal to Umotors

We may want to give them a try and this time maybe like set up some type of discount using the forum as leverage ?

Is it worth wild to explore?? Could mean a lot of dollars

How about D&h maybe they would be interested

Im vert saddened by the new owners mistake. I will no longer buy from Umotors.

Watch the Freight charges at MRcycle.

someone on the fj list emailed gary mccoy at his new shop, got the following reply from gary, i see this as very good news. i haven't shopped him for parts to compare what kind of discount it is, but i'm sure it's good:
