You're more than welcome to join me for the ride up and back. I haven't made any concrete plans yet, or even decided on a route. Probably will leave on Weds morning (Aug 1). Also, at this point it's just me since Janet has decided to skip this trip. I'll PM my phone # to you in case you want to figure things out.

Hey, you've seen me ride...and you still want to loan me your precious Eleven? Wow...you are beyond generous. :clapping: That's just plain mean.
However much I want to get out there, I only have vacation time left this year for a trip with wifey to the hills of appalacia, and the Hooterville/Arkansas ride I am organizing...both of which I must attend.
Thanks Eddie, I would dip into my our savings to do it if I my boss wasn't so needy about me actually going to work once in a while. :lol: In this economy, you work while the work is there...unless you are Beemerdons and were a rich contractor on the Alaska oil pipeline.

I might be on my Wing yet.........I just rode it for the first time in almost 6 weeks and it felt Greeeeeaaaaaatttttttt.....
I an a week or so i will give the FJR a blast and see how it feels.
And Neil tell Janet to bring that Mercedes as i would like to give it a run across 36!!!!!!!!!

We just returned from our norcal ride (395, S Lake Tahoe, 89, Nevada City, 20, Sonoma Raceway, Occidential-Santa Rosa, PCH to home) and I see these slow-puke wing posts going to the "clans FJR rally" and I think WTF.
The other day, my MsNASCAR sat on a $28k wing and the sales dude comes up and claims "... the passenger gets no wind buffeting" and I am now being broadsided. Say it aint so. Trapped in Temecula between the wings and my FJR.

Ok so this is getting close guys.....I am about to go thru all these pages and update the attendee list. If you don't see your name on the list let me know.
Also we will not have any t-shirts at the event but you can buy them directly from HERE there are several different colors and styles in both mens and women's short and long sleves.
