Is there a reason we have to stay at a casino? I know there are lower priced places down there that might suffice for the budget conscious (i.e. Convention Center area?).I just added a Poll to the first page.....
I have just been checking rates at several Casino's in the SD area and they are very expensive....nice but expensive so bear that in mind.

Passes might still be iffy that early in May...How about Mammoth Lakes? Still near all the mountain passes, could make a run to Death Valley if someone wanted to, could ride into the Nevada desert, mountain biking and hiking galore if anyone wants, lots of hotels, restaurants, golf courses, etc..... Just a thought (and maybe a bad one)
R for we 2013 FJR Owners that is merely just chicken feed, Dude!Thats fine Don but the rooms are around $200 a night....so we will see.
