hello,

does anyone have any experience with a the givi tanklock bags?

they don't list it fitting the 05 and older fjr's.

like the look of the small bag with the iphone window.

There is virtually no difference in the filler cap of the 2 generations if I remember correctly. I like the fact that you can see your phone to change stations and easily make a call. I would be concerned that the temperatures are not too warm during the summer months in that little pocket. I won't put my iPhone under the clear plastic of my Yamaha bag for that reason.

I have that very bag on my '04 FJR

Great size and doesn't interfere with controls. I also added the powerlet tankbag kit to power charger for phone etc.

just got an email from givi saying they didn't make

that for my [our ] model. was trying to get

them to give me a price.

if you don't mind me asking what did it set you back?

Think it was @£90 for the bag and £10 for the fitting ring. Just order

the 06>on one Jim. It will fit. As Alex says the filling cap is the same

across the range. You just remove the 3 bolts and put spacers in the holes

and re-fit with new longer bolts. All supplied in the kit.

StreetDoctor asked a specific question. Hope these answer that.

Camera fits snug. The extra visor will go but it is very tight when you do the zip up. This is off my son's helmet so is a bit deeper than a normal visor.
