My response was, 'So where is the rest of the bike?'

So far I have no additional information, ie: mileage, year, etc..

I only hope is that he was paid to take it away

Looks more like a tin can & hose clamps...definitely a "custom job"

They should have covered the whole deal with the black high-temp tape. Then it would be a "professional" job.

Kinda like the FJR, she's the girl who looks hot at the club, but when you get her home and it all hangs out you are like "eew." But you ride her anyway.

I dunno...a few more zip ties to secure the dangling brake lines, hoses and she looks good to go! Is that a frame slider? Nice touch so you won't accidentally compromise the patina.
