Thank You Kamal. When I was in the Navy. A normal 15 ship carrier task force always had about a half dozen British ships in it. They did everything with us. Made a lot of friends among the Brits. On a port call we would all meet up and find some beer and chase some booty. Those sons of ******* could make A LOT of liquor disappear real fast!! They were always talking like that and I didn't have a clue about what they were saying. Makes a lot of sense now.
They had the table manners of a bunch of savage marauders. Their way with the ladies was about as smooth and subtle as a horny bull in a china shop. But, when it came to doing their job. If you were put on their kill list, there wasn't a hole on earth you could dig deep enough where they couldn't find you. It was a beautiful thing to watch those guys operate. And! They had beer on their ships! The U.S. didn't. Go figure. Ahhhhhh the Memories!
