you can go to a track day at Brainerd International Raceway (Brained MN) and top out any bike you want if they are running the "long course" which uses the drag strip straightaway as part of the road course.
You can come out of turn 10 with some serious velocity and then have most of a mile to wind out your bike. At the end you turn right into a very long, nicely banked sweeper that a properly set up bike with good tires can take WFO if the rider has the cajones for it.
The track day rules don't require safety wiring but you do need full leathers.

That is way cool!!! Never doen that speed, or even close.
One thing caught my eye. Not sure about the rest of your gear but.... IMHO The harness boots MUST go. I would be a more ATGATT with better equipment just in case.
