Bummer! Sorry to hear about the crash and injury. I'm minutes from Auburn, so hollar if you need anything while up here. I could ride the FJR over so you can sit on it and make Vrooming sounds (don't want you to go through FJR withdrawal ya know) 
BTW, had the gravel experience myself a couple years ago while out of town with the wife. Except in my case, some ***** had filled potholes in a gravel parking lot with PEA gravel (you know that round stuff that rolls real easy). When the FJR front tire hit the edge of the pothole, it just rolled to the side into the hole and unceremonially dumped the wife and I onto the ground. :angry2: :angry2: Luckily only damage was scuffs on the bag and muffler. Sliders work great to save other plastic! :yahoo:
