I know the world was still in black and white when you were born, but was dirt still new? :umnik2:
That was very cold, Eric! Ralph isn't quite that old.....however, he does know some dirt that used to be rocks.
Have a great birthday celebration, Ralph.
Thanks, Eric, you know, of course, that I was responsible for colorizing the world many years ago...
And Mike, thanks for defending my old arse, which is causing me to be a fragile old rider, needing training wheels...
And yes, I had a great b/day. My 22 year old daughter, who graduated from Millsaps in early May is preparing to leave for China, for a year to to teach English in a Chinese univiersity in Wuhan. So we are trying to do as many things together as possible before she leaves. She rode with yesterday AM for 3 hours of very good twisties and sweepers west of Portland and then we had an incredible lunch at the 'Hands On Cafe' around 1 PM. Spent a couple of hours at the office and then Marianne, Megan and I had dinner at 'Brazil Grill' which is a red meat lovers paradise. Huge sword skewers of sizzling meat brought to your table and hacked off onto your plate. Different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, chicken, sausage, prawns and more, OMIGOD, it was so good. Too many meals here, and I won't have to worry about a lot more b/days.
Afraid to share pics of the ride since there are so many perverted lechers hereabouts.
Thanks for all the good wishes.
