Thanks for the great preview, Michael. A couple of us from the Portland area are headed down that way in a couple of weeks to run all those mighty pretty roads. Really looking forward to it.

I'm leaving Spokane on the 9th, heading down to see my Sis in Redding for a couple of weeks. I plan to run US395 south down to Alturas, then 299 across to Redding. The 36/3/299 route is one I've planned for a day trip out to the coast and back from Redding while I'm there.

Will also be enjoying a quality day at Russel Day Long Seats in Shasta Lake on the 16th... the ride home should be considerably more comfortable than the ride South!

Sorry about the camera, but that warranty you bought was fortuitous, for sure!
