head light modulator ?

I am getting ready to install a kisan modulator on a wing and noticed it has LED headlight bulbs. Will the modulator work with LED's ??? Can't call Kisan till Monday and this guy wants to leave town then. Any thoughts from you lighting experts???

I have LED and my modulator works, it's more like a strobe compared to halogens.
