Unfortunatly, Not for play and..

I will be stuck in Atlanta WITHOUT A CAR OR BIKE!!!! Attending training next week.. Sigh..

I would rather ride there and back.. and take a month doing it!!

Soooo Cdogman,

In the truest vein of southern hospitality, what can we do to make your stay more interesting/comfortable......legally, that is!?!

Legally?

Well Sir.. Not too much really.. I promised myself I would be good.. I will fly in town Tuesday eve.. and leave Friday eve. I have never been to Atlanta. At least I don't think I have. NOPE not true, I bounced through a couple years ago on my way to Florida but that does not really count does it?

Lets see.. I have to have a clear head.. so I gotta sleep.. I dunno what my schedule is (since I am not in charge of the agenda) I don't know if I am going to be busy all day and evenings free,, or all day and evenings "Socializing with new work people" as it were

I am coming down to do training for a company that wants to open up some branch locations here in Utah and they said they want me to do it. I am seeing if they are full of Hooey before I "Jump Ship" where I am at. Good signs, They paid for the flight and are picking up the Hotel. Sigh

I appreciate the offer.. I just don't have an answer.. (especially if it has to be legal) LOL

Having lived just North of Memphis for a bit I know for sure that the South has TRUE hospitality. It will be me, my laptop, and well, me.

Thank you Mr Puppy,,, for the offer..

Yer welcome, and I only stuck the "legally" in `cuz there are more than a few ways to get in trouble here, and that from a native Atlantan who knows! Wouldn't want for you to miss your "training"....

Shame to come all this way and not have a face-to-face w/the guy who helped out our buddy motorcycle-ed in his time of need; I'm only a PM or assisstance list phone call away.

Be sure to get a Hot Dog and a Coke and maybe an UnderSea Adventure and/or legally Get Stoned
These are all good suggestions from Mike except the last one is more "all-day, family-fun kinda stuff". I should know as I'm only 10 minutes from that one!

Steve

If there's a Braves game in town, even if you don't like baseball, you should go. I paid $5 for "standing room only" tickets and wandered the stadium. I stopped a few times with a Coke to catch part of the game.

Heck, I dont know what I am facing.. I am not in charge.. (I feel lost like that)

Helping Ed was easy.. His needs were few.. and it gave me an excuse to drink a beer.

Wait,, I am never in charge!!!.. Hmmm I have some soul searching to do

For the love of all that is holy, you must visit FAT MATT'S RIB SHACK!!!!

They have the best ribs I have ever had in my life. Easily worth the trip to ATL just for them.

Post some contact info so we can meet up with you.

They got Ribs there??

Hmm.. Lemme find out my schedule first.. I wont know if I have any time at all until then.

Ribs Huh.. Yummy
