Help with error code 19

So I got my FJR back together and thought I was good to go after bypassing the ignition, but now I'm getting an error code 19. Pulled up the diagnostic screen and on di:20 it will not change from off with the side stand up or down. It will crank over if it is in neutral, but not in gear with or without the clutch pulled in. When it cranks over I don't get a spark.

Checked the side stand switch with my multi-meter and I am assuming that the circuit should open up when the side stand is up, but I have continuity with it up and down.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Read through both of those threads, but am not quite sure about one thing. Can anyone tell me what the two blue wires to the ignition should do when the ignition is on?

The Blue/Yellow wire goes to the Starting Circuit Cut-Off Relay and the clutch switch. The Blue/White wire goes to the ECU.
