I have used same motor, same washer, same drain plug, seven changes. No leak. :eek:

You should always change the crush washer, or maybe not. Here's what the Gold Wing folks had to say about it:

10 pages on washers? :eek: Do not want to go there, definitely do not want to debate the use of washers, was interested in some good stupid parts guy bashing lines. Guess I don't feel so bad about choking now :p
