So John, you'd be seein the hangin judge of Plumas County uh......just kidding. Maybe the judge will be drunk and late for another drink and dismiss your case or the officer would be a "no show" and you could skip right on out of there.

But if things go wrong, don't give the judge a "get-out-of-jail-free" card from your Monopoly set like one of my buds did years ago. Got him 30 days for contempt.

Prayers and best wishes my friend and hope all goes well. PM. <>< :D

Best o' luck to ya, pard. Looking forward to hearing the outcome!

and hoping for the best!

Be sure to not pole gaze the judge, RJ, even if you want to. Oh, and lifting his robe to check out the package isn't encouraged either...

When all else fails just throw yourself on the mercy of the court and hope the cute little receptionist is named Mercy!

I didn't know you have to push these things to get the best time down the hill...

Is it just me? Or does this look like the beginning of a bobsled run?

OH MAN! some funny **** here

1.) Step back and take a look at the picture (OM's bike down). Note *WHO* is at the bike's side: Tending to the situation, lifting, grunting and breaking their ***** to get the bike back up. This would be Old Michael and RenoJohn. Then note who has their *** on a custom seat, listening to music and taking pictures. Yes, that would be Bluestreek. Steve, you REALLY are a ******* :)

2.) Thanks for all the 'luck', thanks more for the 'fun comments' (flying J's advice is golden) and I'm most thankful for Painman's 'prayers' as I need a big weapon to win this battle and prayers are powerful stuff.

3.) I hadn't planned to post this here ...but I've been working/tweaking on my real-time riding blog and it now has real-time (as in live) map updates. IMO pretty cool stuff. Been testing a bit lately and *hope* it is now ready for prime time. Anyway, I'll be using it on this trip for anyone that wants to follow along and see live updates of comments and maps. note you can zoom in on the maps, leave comments on the blog yada yada yada.

If so inclined, go here and play along (clicky)

...and yes, i'll give an update on my jailhouse exploits.

....GreenvilleJohn

As of right now from the link in his last post, it appears RJ has been in Greenville for a while now. Can't tell if he's in the courtroom kicking judicial *** or already in the cell. Need better resolution on his tracking feature.

…Bottom Line:!!!CASE DISMISSED!!!

The above posted by John @ 1:44.

Victory!

Gave the judge a reach-around?
Most excellent! I must've missed that post due to my focus on the graphics. I bet you're right, and that the sage counsel of this forum on all matters banjo, gay and inbred were central to his mounting a successful reach around defense.

:yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo:

Steve is probably less of a ******* now. :D

Yep, you got that right. Never a guarantee that justice will always previal, but nice to know that the mature and sophisticated karma here on the forum were instrumental on it happening this time. And skibum, past strategies discussed were put into place on this one and no doubt had at least some impact on the outcome. I look forward to sharing some details with you ...this was indeed very very comical and 7months later had a good finish.
And let me say, that going to court in a backwards rural town is very much an experience that should be embraced. The court was simple, quaint, unsophisticated -but amongst the fold up chairs, linoleum floor and my peers who were having their day in court (open container, marijuana possession etc) and then me with the only 'Court Trial' of the day. It is great we all live where we can defend ourselves in a court of law. Be thankful.

BTW-- The judge: She was a hottie, and I'm not kidding.

Finally, while I am currently euphoric from this experience and all is good, --Steve is still a *******.

So you gonna tell us what happened?

Fixed it for you.

Congrats on getting off...

So, you going to donate some funds to a charity to compensate for the bad karma of being guilty and getting away w/o it on your record?

;)

You know the rules... no pics......
Not the pics of the judge we all want to see. I wanted to take pics inside the courtroom, ..but every time I went for the camera, Kathy would elbow me in the ribs.

Bungie: *I'll let you all experience the inside of the courtroom for yourself  *

But, I did take a pic of the courthouse:

and the one cell jail located solo out behind the courthouse:

Yep Eric and besides the $472.oo that they're not keeping, I'm throwing in a bit more: What my insurance would would have increased will be added to the pot. The charity you ask:: It's going right back to the charity that it came out of: The RenoJohn sometimes **** happens fund ....a charity I keep a few sheckles in knowing that sometimes the 'man' does get one on you.
