I hate to do this but I think lack of interest in the OST meet for Oct 15th is dwindling. How about we start over? The 22nd of Oct is the only weekend when I can make it and one of the only ones where there is not another bike gathering (Harleys excepted, I dont keep track of them.)

And who was at the OST this morning? (Sun the 2nd) I was there with wife in car but LOTS of bikes and one '05 FJR. I didn't see anyone I recognized and the bike left shortly after we got there, never did see the rider.

I can't make the 22nd date. Already have some plans for that weekend since I had blocked out the 15th for the ride based on all of the prior enthusiasm. What happened to everybody that said they were in for the 15th--is it premature to consider this dead?

An alternative for me would be 10/29. The next weekend, 11/5, is the HSTA gathering that I think we were trying to avoid and 11/12 is the Cycle World International Motorcycle Show in Houston that I'm planning on attending. Beyond that, 11/19 would be okay and then we're into Thanksgiving on 11/26.

I can't leave until about mid-day on Friday, so I'll be in Kerrville late afternoon. I went ahead and got a room at the Econo Lodge for Saturday and Sunday nights, so you guys can can share a room if you like.

Weather report looks good--low of 53, high of 83, partly cloudy, and low humidity. Sounds like great riding weather to me! Anyone else interested?
