BTW, like all the other Hooterville rides, this is not a group ride...this is a group of individual rides. Nobody needs to keep up with anybody. The only rule we have is that we wait at the turns for everybody...to check on stragglers. Therefore, ride on these roads as if you were alone...but maintain distance with the riders in front of you and let faster riders behind you through so nobody gets frustrated.

Also, I will start out in front...but by no means am I close to being the fastest rider out there...so pass me at will.

I will also need a volunteer for sweeping or tail end charlie duties at the beginning.

I would gladly do that, but I can't start out in both lead and sweeper. As others pass me, I will drop back to take the sweeper position.

I will start as sweeper. I haVe a gopro and would like some video with riders... all of my recordings from NAFO were with me in front.

I can lead to Bixby. I ride those roads 5 or 6 times a year. Time wise that's when I'll have to cut away from the group and head back north.

Hey, whatever it is, just glad ride with you again. :clapping:

See you at the Huddle House in Farmington on Saturday at 7:30am.

Well maybe a little longer. I'm trying to get back to St. Louis for my son's football game at noonish. Just have to play it by ear.

Smitty, showing off his latest BMW to future prospective buyers... :D STLFJR showed up as well. Those two showed up after having pissed off Mr Harley and 100 of his buddies while passing the rolling road block on a curvy local road. I had a great time!! :clapping:

I'm sure a bunch will want to head to MO/AR next spring...I sure will if it's in the cards for me.

...I have to finalize my trip plan to Kali next year before I can figure out how much vacation time I will have left for my usual long weekend type trips to Hooterville/Arkansas/SE Ohio etc.

Here's the

Gee, beautiful backroads almost completely devoid of traffic, and perfect weather. You guys must have had a blast. I couldn't make it, due to other circumstances, but next time, I'd like to ride down there with you, Marc. I'd be happy to have you lead me down any twisty road we find. Nice video, too. Way to go, boys!

I think ShowMeMo is holding out on us...it's been a whole week and no video. :assassin:

What...you'd think he was tending to his family or sumpin!
