RI Beach Pop
I bought the no-mar setup and while it's not as easy as it looks in the video, my son and I (I need 2 people) can change a tire in 10 minutes.
1) Cause we don't live near CycleGear and our dealer charges $40 per tire. Here's the way I do it:
Having CycleGear remove the old tire and mount and balance the new one: $20
Having CycleGear dispose of the old tire: $3
Having CycleGear replace the rubber valve stem: $2.50
Total: $25.50. Why do it yourself?
In my personal experience:1) Cause we don't live near CycleGear and our dealer charges $40 per tire. Here's the way I do it:

2) Our dealer put the new guy on the tire changer and he scratched the rim.
3) I like to work on my own stuff so I know the job was done right.
Take your pick.
