Congrats Dave. If I remember correct wasn't there some nasty weather on that ride? In any event, good job.
Barry the nasty weather ran from 122* F at Yuma in afternoon before our 2000 hr departure from Algodones Mexico to a massive hailstorm as we approached the border at Alberta.

Bearly Flying can chime in here as he was in the middle of the storm in Coutts south of Lethbridge waiting to certify our border crossing.

Congrats to you guys, job well done! Dave, did you ever ride the KLR in around the cape?
Didn't do the KLR run to Cape Horn as a result of a health detour. Several months before the departure south, needed surgery to remove a large aneurysm on my aorta adjacent to my left lung. Serious surgery, but thru grace of God and lots of prayers I recovered to continue riding.

As the CBA Prez, I can say the HEFTY fines are on the way.. Congratulations Dave, you are my hero.

Heading up to Creston soon?
Maybe!!

I hope I can just still ride a bike when I get to your age much less do some of the amazing rides you've accomplished.

Well done, what's next for you?
