Made it home this morning and even had time to wash the bike. I want to thank everyone for coming to CFR 2008 and I can only hope you had half as much fun as I did. Can't wait to see some of the pics.

I am home too. A little damp today but Friday and Saturday were awesome days for riding. I'm with Scott and can't wait to see the pictures.

Thanks everyone for turning out. And thanks to Yamaha Canada for all their support. Huron52 got to use the Yamaha wrenches he won in the auction when the toilet in his room exploded this morning and he had to shut off the water.

I'm still in New Brunswick and should be home in a day or two. I also heard from Moosehead and he's in New York.

Where did you see us? You must have been in a gas station because nobody passed us. The only other FJR we saw was Rob's parked under the overpass in Truro. It rained really hard on us between New Glasgow and Truro but our waterproof boots(garbage bags) that mike was poking fun at keep us dry.

Moosehead Mike almost made it home last night before gtting a flat rear tire. He was able to pull over safely and call a tow-truck.

Well  Maybe you didn't see us. We stopped at a under pass somewhere between New Glasgow and Truro.

I stop earlier to have Pam put on her rain gear , rain pants as well this time, but I didn't put my rain gear on until the under pass. that rain was no match for my cortech. I needed my FULL rain suit as well.

Don't worry about Mike, ..... He is just upset that he didn't think of it first

Hmmm, now that you mention it I do remember seeing someone under an underpass. We had stopped in New Glasgow for a bathroom break and a couple bikes had passed us as we were stopped and I just assumed that was who we saw.

Heard from Charlie Hoss this morning and he is back in Maine safe and sound. Checked BugR's spot tracker and it appears he landed in Newfoundland this morning and is in Gros Morne National Park (https://www.pc.gc.ca/pn-np/nl/grosmorne/index_E.asp)

Had a visit at my place last night from Mike-H, Flying Monkey Girl, GDSFJR03, and Susan. They are off to New Brunswick this morning and are going whale watching from St. Andrews.

Gypsy,

I didn't see that rally icon listed under "banner" images available. How can I get one? Hard to read: that did say 2008, right?
