The digital camera that I'm using is a Samsung ES73. How do I change the setting to a 640X480 picture or does it need to be done after it's downloaded?

If you are talking about posting to the forum I do all my resizing in Photoshop. When I crop the photo I use a 10.5" x 8" crop set at 72 dpi resolution. This keeps the file size down to a reasonable level which helps with upload speeds and for most monitors the 72 dpi resolution is fine. If you are going to be printing then you need the higher resolution. The digital camera that I'm using is a Samsung ES73. There is a free utility available called Irfanview that can do quite a bit of stuff with photos. Think of it as a poor man's Photoshop. As Yamafitter suggested, you are better to get a large SD card and take all of your pictures in higher resolution in case you might want a higher resolution for printing or cropping. Storage space is cheap and the FREE utility program will do a lot to manipulate, adjust and resize. There are a lot of freeware/shareware programs out there but this is one of the most popular. Software that came with your camera likely has similar utilities available. The digital camera that I'm using is a Samsung ES73.
