Hello Everyone,

WOW… What a great ride today. Showed up at 8 AM at TO Honda and found Doug 05 ST1300 waiting. Soon after everyone started rolling in. Marty led the ride and I ran tailgun.. When we left we had 13 riders. After a short stop in Ojai we continued on 150. We picked up 2 more FJR’s, EFFJY aka Jeff & TwoWheelNut aka Tim, at the 150 and the 101 and Doug had to head for home. Onward over 154 and to Jalama Beach.

Jdog filmed the ride and we all had a great time. Marty led the ride at a nice pace and everyone enjoyed the beautiful day and scenery. We had people from far and near. Larry rode all the way in from Long Beach and we met the wacky ‘Northern Crew’ Duff & dcarver from Lompoc and Creston at Jalama. We had a total of 15 people for lunch.

Jdog, TwoWheelNut and I hung out for awhile after lunch with Don aka dcarver & Gary aka duff. Then Tim and I traded bikes for the ride out to Hwy 1. WOW... First time I rode a FJR.... WAHOOOO....I Really enjoyed it...!!!! Mega Thanks Tim. I think Tim liked my bike... I think there might be a new “iddy biddy six fiddy” in Tim's future for the Alaska trip in ‘08... LOL

What a blast. 335 miles for me today.

I want to thank everyone who showed up

and made this a great day of riding and hanging out enjoying each others company. Hats off to Larry who rode all the way from Long Beach to make this ride... Lets do it again soon... Jdog will have the video done in a couple days or so and I will get it out to everyone.

ok... so how did we do Don... What kind of new farkles ya gettin' now... I mean GF has to come up with a bunch to celebrate your big 50 right :yahoo: I mean you're "over the hill" now and the only known cure to mankind are "Farkles"....!!! :blink:
