I just wanted to post a note to say "thank you" to Barb and Dana and Jeff and all of the others (you know who you are ) for all of the time and effort you've so generously given in preparing and running this rally.

Syl and I rolled in about 4:00 after rain all the way home. Jeff followed us from Horseshoe Bay but swung off at Hope, either for fuel or because he wanted to ride the canyon? He had a long wet afternoon ahead of him!

Thanks to barb, Dana and Jeff and all the folks who made WCR possible. Had a great time on the island, saw some awesome scenery and spent time with folks that I don't get to see enough...Ride home was wet to the Sidney ferry and then lightened as we got closer to Seattle.

My thanks to the rally staff. also, and I want to add special thanks to Shiney and Mrs. Shiney, (Mike and Kat) Barb, Tyler, MEM, and anyone else who ferried me around, ran errands, or otherwise went out of their way to assist me. You folks are the BEST!!!

I enjoyed meeting a bunch of you and I apologize for not meeting more of you. For those who weren't aware, I wasn't being unsociable, I managed to pinch a nerve in my back that was causing me quite a bit of pain in my left leg. Standing or walking were especially difficult.

I want to add my thanks to the others who've posted. I really enjoyed coming out to my first FJR rally and it won't be my last one for sure.

To Barb, Tyler, MaryEllen, and I don't know who else, (but you know who you are!) y'all did a great job - thank you, thank you, thank you!

I'm now sitting here in Victoria, ready to head back to Calgary with my son on his TMax - what a great last few days!

I'd like to thank all of you for coming and seeing my soggy little island.

I had a fabulous time collecting memories and hugs..........especially the hugs - a girl can never have too many of those

I'd like to thank everyone who stepped in and gave a hand, especially on Sunday morning doing the tear down in the rain. Ya'll know who you are (not going to list names lest I do the unspeakable and omit anyone)

That's just another reason why you folks RAWK! Always chipping in a hand or 12 to get the job done or help out when needed.

The roads, scenery, resort etc are one thing, but it was all of YOU who made the weekend an awesome experience!
