After talking with several forum members at the BHFJR Roundup I ordered a set of LD Comfort Underwear. I had hoped to get it in advance of my departure for New York but it didn't arrive in time, I forgot about the 4th of July holiday.

The package arrived on July 6th and my wife forwarded it to me in Pennsylvania.

After laundering it as directed I first donned it for my ride from Waynesboro PA to Buffalo NY on a hot and humid day. I opted for my Mesh Jacket and took the solid panels off of my Tourmaster pants, what a pleasant surprise, my Butt stayed dry, the top wicked well and I was generally pleased.

Day two was the rainy nasty wet and warm ride from Buffalo to Pittsburgh PA, Rain Gear on, sweltering a good part of the day but the LDC did it's job and kept my candy ass from developing the dreaded Monkey Butt.

I wore it every day except for the three days in Central Indiana when i was wearing Slider Jeans instead of my Tourmaster Pants.

I tried the Cooling function using wet sleeves and only the back vent of my jacket open and felt that this technique worked quite well too.

Put me down as a satisfied consumer!

If you haven't tried the LD Comfort suit i encourage you to give it a go, it was a damn good way to spend $125

+ 1 for LD comfort. Been wearing them for 'bout 15 years.

I wash them in-between of course

Not the only happy customer John!

I have a pair about 3 years old. Been used for thousands of miles and still look like new. Just bought a second pair of briefs and a pair of their "longjohns" for use early and late year along with my new Klim riding pants!

And kudos again to Alex and Marshall, from Realtime Industries for the great deal and awesome customer service

I am extremely satisfied with my LD Comforts bottom and tops, but the one piece I truly cannot ride without is the LD Comfort helmet liner.

I have been wearing the LD comfort for 200k miles. In the summer swelter I would break out in a rash on the back off my thighs.

Tried UA shorts and UA shirt in the heat and LD comfort shirt and UA shorts in the north during the IBR. This seems to be the right

combo for me. Might try LD comfort shorts next ride…

I love mine as well, and the 'roo' pouch is a addition that works well too! (I think that it what they call it)

I can't say I am a fan of my LD shorts. That roo pouch does not work for me. Nine times out of ten little Joey finds his way out of the "roo" pouch on his own.

You may have bought them a size or two too large. Mine are snug enough to keep "Little Joey" properly constrained. It does take some amount of effort to deploy Joey at the requisite roadside comfort stops, but that still beats having to pull the shorts down and bare "The Great White Hope" to the public driving by.

Obviously, I'm an LDC user and fan. I've had mine for about 5 years and they are still in working shape. Be careful with them if you have any velcro inside your riding pants, like for hip pads. Mine have a ton of pulls in the fabric in that area. Also, the fact that you can wash them with a little shampoo in the hotel sink, and that they will dry by the morning, is good to know.

Happy long-time customer as well. They make a big difference in comfort because of the compression, lack of seams and wicking. Great product that seems to hold up for years.

No porn while riding will solve that one...

What? Riding the FJR doesn't give you a Hadron?

It's all about accelerators, even for small particles.

I picked up a pair of Moto-skiveez, https://motoskiveez.com/
Doing about 1000 miles next week on vacation so we'll see how well they work.
Riding impressions of Moto-Skivees:

Feel kinda' funny walking around in them, sorta' diaper like. They are comfortable when riding though and do help extend saddle time but not dramatically so, maybe 20% ish. They won't turn your seat into an RDL but they work well enough for me to wear them on rides longer than an hour.

They are well made from quality materials, look good and priced about right. I'm satisfied with them but think they may be the kind of product that will have a wide range of opinions as to their value.

The padding in the shorts also works well for sitting on hard seats at coffee/food stops.
