Fetch it la vache! You could always throw one of your spare cows at them. They certainly wouldn't expect that, unless of course they'd read the forum.

I spent top dollar on that cover getting every treatment and option available. The resulting 3 year warranty does me no good when my defective product sits in their garbage for 2 months while my bike has no cover. Not only am I displeased with their product, but their customer service is worse than non-existent. They make promises and then ignore them. A huge thumbs down for gezagear.Dear Geza Gear,
My wife, Sherri Knight, sent in a defective cover for warranty replacement and you received it on February 15th. Three weeks ago, she called and was told that the person would check with the warranty department and get back to her. They never did. She called yesterday and was told they'd get right back to her. They didn't. I am very close to getting angry and writing up our experiences with you on several well attended motorcycling forums of which I am a well known member. The outline of such a report would be like this:
1. The product lasted 4 uses before it became defective.
2. Returned it for warranty service and heard nothing for 3 weeks
3. Called, they didn't have the answer and didn't call back as promised
4. Called another 3 weeks later and they didn't have the answer, promised to call back and didn't.
5. Sent them an email stating what actions I will take if this issue isn't resolved and...........................................
Is this the kind of customer testimonial that you want on Internet forums like Pashnit.com, FJRforum.com and STnet? If not, I highly recommend taking these actions within 24 hours:
1) Ship a new cover with all options we purchased to replace the defective product.
2) Call Sherri Knight back and tell her that the new cover is shipped and give her a tracking number and let her know if you changed anything with the cover that might make it last longer
Note: ( I personally think the Large for the FJR is too small (as recommended on your sizing page) and an XL would avoid the problems we encountered).
Thanks,
Andrew Knight
