Nelson Rigg, MC-902-04-XL/Deluxe all season cover, XL.  It's about 5.5” in diameter, and 8” long.  It weighs just about 3 lbs. Sounds like the NR and the Tour King are right around the same price. That means NR has come down from when I first priced them.

I bought a Nelson Rigg half cover. Used and loved it. But if I had to park in direct sunlight for days in end, it didn’t 100% cover the bags on both sides of I had the big case and big shield on. It almost did. Covered everything a sane person wanted, kept bike completely dry. I still have it and would part with it for cheap. 
 

I bought the larger Nelson Rigg version which is overkill, and was more expensive. But it comes with a compression sack so that it packs as small as the half cover.

Good point. I park in the garage so don't need a long-term cover. I got the Tour King because it packs small for use on trips.
