One of the things to remember with these two strokes is that air leakage is your enemy. The crank case, bearing seals, etc can all be sources of air leaks and poor performance.
Yes! Just trailering the 125 to get her re-registered led to a blown fork seal.

...I will split the cases and replace crank seals just as a matter of fact.

It looks like I'll be using a MC shipping company as I don't have any time and the owner is moving soon.

Unless I can BeemerDon's to make a road trip! JSNS!

 
Don, there were a couple at Backfire Motorcycle Night. One that looked just like it came off the dealership floor and one that was held together with duck tape and bailing wire. Truth, both were pretty cool.

Not as cool as the Hellcat but a hell of lot more reasonable in price.
