Atencion Los Robustos M/C El Presidente johnny80s: Por favor, what have you decided El Jefe? Is patch308's LRM/C handle going to be "El Pinche Cabron"? We've already set precedent for this by naming Greg "SkooterG" Marbach-El Pendejo Grande!

Oh yes Pinche Carbron it is. Motion seconded and carried.

Just to give Los Robustos a little bump, while in Hyder, Alaska recently I enjoyed several meals at The Seafood Express, a.k.a. 'The Bus'. While I foolishly forgot to bring the camera to the table for most meals, I did score one shot to give some example of the delightful fare.

During my day and a half in Hyder, I enjoyed - Captains Platter: Halibut, oysters, shrimp, scallops & fries in good portions, plus a cup of chowder for an appitizer. The next meal - Giant sea scallops sauteed in garlic/onion butter, (double order since they were out of chowder) + fries. My final dinner was 1.5 lbs of fresh King Crab legs preceded by ten shrimp & cheese wonton. OMG!

The Bus is one of the reasons I return to Hyder every couple of years. The food is often caught the day before you eat it and all of it is FRESH. Well prepared, if a little heavy on the deep frying due to the limitations of the venue.

each scallop is about 1.5" in diameter and 3/4" thick. 10 in a double order, or "large" size.

Later there was fudge from Caroline's, but that's another kind of decadence.

Excellent Eric, Thank You! I've eaten at The Bus myself and very glad to hear their seafood is still as spectacular and delicious as ever. And portioned for we "normal" sized **** sapiens! Not anorexics!!
