For those that have tried to stay on a low carb diet...

It's not easy. Finding inexpensive low carb stuff is a beee atch.

Here's something that works well for me, and if u like spicey stuff, you'll prob like it too!!

We start with a low carb tortilla, many co's make these, mine are from Ole' and about 5 grams per...

before we use that tortilla, heat it about 20 secs on high to get it a bit firm so it will wrap well.

this pic shows all the ingredients, 1 slice bacon, 1 egg, some tones red pepper and garlic / pepper, some 'La Victoria' HOT salsa brava (very thick, not runny), shredded parmesan cheese and a previously prepared bag of finely chopped up onions and jaaa lop en ooo's

so heat the tortilla for about 20 secs on high, as mentioned. throw another paper towel on top of the bacon (soak up the grease) and do it for 2 mins at 70% power. That brings us to the egg. I put a lot !!! of jalepenos mixed in with the onions... I'm a spicey freak

Mix the egg and nuke for about 50 ses on high. Don't want to over do this.

So far, our bacon, eggs, and tortilla should be about ready ...

Now get everything on the Tortilla ready to be wraped; egg, bacon, salsa, crused red pepper and black pepper / garlic, grated cheese...

Some of us may not know how to properly wrap a tortilla... hey I had to look it up! (google) No shame!

But after wrapping and then nuking on high for 20 secs... this is what we get:

and a closer view show how tightly wrapped it can be

and guessing of course, but total carbs has to be about 8 or so, not really bad at all.

Just really like them a lot, so thought maybe others might also

Happy Holidays.

Honestly... any pics of food... kind of puts me off... oddly in this case ;)

we have many threads of 'ride reports' of lunches and dinners etc... They always remind me of what Jack Nicholson said in 'The Departed'...

(insert Jack Nicholson drawl...) Ya Can Learn A Lot... Watching Things eat... (end drawl...)

It's really true... some people don't even breathe when they eat... they seem to just breathe the food down!

sorry... this is my thread and now I'm f'n it up ;) hehehehe

Great timing on this!

I am working on a diet (sort of) folowwing the HCG Protocol. I cheat my *** off, But eating better quality foods. The HCG trick is no Salt,Sugar,Carbs. (No breads or potatoes!!!) I do use tortillas occasionally. ;)

Leave it up to dorks from Arizona to **** up a BURRITO. You'd think with all the Mexicans in Arizona, the food there would be better.

My tio Pancho is spinning in his grave!

So that's It???? You make one of those things, and that's breakfast? That would be just enough to make me mad...

mad enough to head back to the kitchen for two more. However, since i hate raw onions, I'd have to cook the snot out of them and then put em in with the rest of the ingredients.

But it does sound yummie...

lol Gary :)

there are green onions, white, yellow, red, Spanish... the list goes on !!

I prefer them raw and tasty ;) yee haw !!!

at one time was using Serrano peppers instead of jalapenos, that was a bit too much I'm afraid ;)

OK, so how do you adjust the tortilla for maximum corner dampening, and what's up with the Jaa La Pee Neo and onion fuel additive? It just seems like that would just serve to eventually light up the spark arrester? Furthermore, isn't the throttle wire and return spring linkage to the EFI already de-tuned on this model for better mileage, so what's up with the low carbs?

Ahhhhhh, khuna.....always helping us out to save a thread from being closed down.......love ya back, dude.

hahahah spark arrester eh ;)

Sadly... whenever that happens...

We have to change the rear differential fluid... and that's not pretty...
