Hello all. My husband really loves browsing this forum and gets a lot of valuable info as well as great stories and a lot of laughs. I particularly enjoyed seeing the global community make fun of the guy who drilled a hole through his bikes "motherboard" or whatever it is called in a bike.

But guys - he spends way too much time online with you and no time actually riding his bike. I think if he had riding buddies he might get out more which would help both of us be happier people! :)

Anyone who lives in the Rockville, Maryland area and thinks they might want to be Keith's friend can email me at [email protected]. Oh, and feel free to make fun of him for this post. I have been telling him for months that I was going to do it if he didn't look for some riding buddies on his own.

Thanks!

Helen

Well said Helen, too far away from TX for me.

However with all been said, I ride a sport tourer, and haven't ridden with another sport tourer ever-even though I would enjoy it. And I will soon surely; hopefully with the SFO coming up. But, my wife rides her honda aero, and I totally enjoy that. We have bonded on a different level since she caught the fever, got her license, bought a bike and started riding...we have tremendous fun when we ride. We even went on a long weekend anniversary ride-trip which was totally awesome, 200 miles away and back. We have been fortunate enough to go on riding trip with other MC riding couples.

I say that to say this; You are his friend already in one aspect, until he finds a riding group--you could be in his riding group and join a prestigious brotherhood-sisterhood of the 2-wheel fraternity.

Just a thought.

Good luck to ya, and good luck to Daddyman with the onslaught of comments headed his way.

Daddyman, please check the brakes, forks and axle nuts on your bike. I think your wife may have taken out a large insurance policy on you recently. Now she wants you to ride.

Just saying...

I will be in Williamsburg the end of April if he can come out and play.

Helen, you are going to be in a whole heep of trouble for bringing this up on Friday!

Ya, you know Helen, you could just jump on the back of your hubby's bike and the two of you would find someplace to go. I'm jus sayin'

Dear Daddyman's Wife,

I would love to be friends with Daddyman :friends: . I think it would be really cool. We could ride around a lot and do some of the other things that I like to do. Such as:

I really enjoy Scotch. Single malt, please and at least 10 years old.

GUNS!!!

I super-duper like ****. Maybe we can watch **** at yall's house, cause I don't want my wife to find my stash like last time.

I love talking bad about wives... mine and my friends!

Not taking showers.

Cursing.

Farting contests.

Sometimes I scratch myself when I ain't even itching!

Trying to describe what stuff smells like.

These are just a few things that are important to me. I'm sure Daddymans got a slew of other fun things that we can do. So how about it? Let me know ASAP!

Oh, and HAPPY FRIDAY! :yahoo:

I clearly see this as a cry for help. This is just the opposite of other wives that are FJR widows who desperately want their husbands to come home and meet their 7 year old son for the first time...

Isn't that what craigslist is for?

:dribble:

Keith,

Your wife is trying to set up play dates for ya?

Seriously?

If there were some sort of food or alcohol involved in this request I'm sure the Mr. would have more friends than he would need.....just suggesting.

Bwaaaaahaaaaaaa! How cute mommy is helping you find some new friends.
Why in the hell are you laughing, johnny80s? For the Love of Mud: We ride with Fairlaner, dj bill and FJRBluesman! That can't make us the brightest bulbs in the box!!

I'm sorry...this is too funny. Either his wife has his nuts locked away somewhere vewy vewy far away....or someone has hacked his FJRForum account.

PS. Thanks for the laugh. :clapping:
