Micro Meetup in MI

I was able to meet up with Burleigh (bbbrowles) yesterday (Sunday 10/20/24) for a brief ride. Did about 100m, stopping at a Meijer Gas Station to chat for 20-30m. Burleigh and I both have 07's and the serial numbers are within 350 of each other.

Thanks. I had fun. It was short notice and a short ride…but any time I am on my motorcycle is quality time. Maybe some Michiganders will see this and join up some time.

Good point Burleigh, if you are located in SW MI (or N IN), and want to be included in a group text for rides, send me a PM with you phone number and I'll add you to the list. We will start scheduling rides next spring but in the meantime, we could do a mid-winter meet-up over your favorite beverage and hors d'oeuvres.

Nice! Fellow Michigander here in the Mid-Michigan area. I'd love to meet up with fellow FJR riders. There used to be a fair amount of tech days at a guys house in Owosso. Does anyone still have these in the Midwest?

Yes, I saw some previous info on Owosso but I haven't seen anything recent.
I'm thinking of hosting a tech day in the spring. Have to get the proper permits from my wife - she is the hostess for food and such.
