mirror install

Had mirror painted at body shop and they broke the mirror down at pivot section. I reinstalled mirror and it is loose at the pivot section, I tried tightening but still loose. I took mirror apart and not sure how all the washers get reinstalled. Any help would be appreciated.

Post number 13 should do the trick.

I had the same issue/ Trial and error got it back together. Mine needed some lube to smooth the pivot action and stop rust.
