I was out in that area last Thursday and Friday, and I'm going again this Friday. Be warned.....LOTS of road damage in that area, from the big rains 2 or 3 weeks ago. Several bridges washed out, many partial pavement gaps, along the shoulder, tons of gravel strips where they patched damaged pavement, and even more gravel in the corners than usual. On county N and Mindoro Cut (108), they have replaced the culverts, and at every one, there are six-foot wide gravel patches, many of them at mid-corner or corner exit locations. County DD outside of Ettrick has sections that were apparently "repaved" by a guy with a scoop shovel and a garden rake. County NN outside of Gilmanton has been freshly pea-rocked, and is very loose. County C northwest of Arcadia (east of Montana) has a section that is gravel.
Don't want to be Dewey Downer, but just be careful over there.
