Its not that drastic. The last "Honda" cans were coming off the shelf about August of last year. The new cans have the same color and lable design; they just don't say Honda on them. Something about Honda not sponsering the product anymore. I have two cans of the new stuff on my shelf. Works and smells the same.

I heard that the reason id disappeared last year was that it had ingredients that were not EPA approved and that is why it was pulled. Since then Honda reformulated it and it is now available.

Like Mike said, read the article, not just the headline. It was a vendor issue.
