I saw this on the tele today - thought I'd pass it along. I did a search and could not find it here already.

Silly but cool. Leno said he melted the front end on a Lexas with it because the guy pulled up too close. 585 deg C exhaust temps.

Wow, I bet that is fun to ride. I'll tell you what though, for a 150,000 dollar bike, they should maybe spend a few more bucks on web design.

I always love the sound of a turbine spinning up.

That's a pretty fast bike, but I can't imagine the throttle response would be anything to brag about. Those turbine wheels don't respond nearly as fast as a piston in a cylinder.

At 240 mph, me thinks throttle response is about the last thing your going to be worrying about! ;)

 
And people think the Gen1 Feejer gives off heat?

Just imagine being near the burner or turbine case of this puppy!
