When you reach the apex of the turn, you will find a generous amount of gravel on the road at that spot. The tighter the turn, the more crud on the apex.

When you are running late to meet up with your riding friends, that's when you discover you're already on reserve.

You do not realize your rain pants have a large leak until you are stuck in a day long rain storm

And said leak is only in the crotch area.

After spending weeks preping your bike for that multi-day road trip, you'll always find something else that really needs to be fixed the night before you leave.... and that the closest dealer than has the part, is over 2 hours away, and closing in 1.5 hours.

Just after lunch, you will pass a hotel with a fantastic view, free internet and a swimming pool.

At 5:00 P.M. when you're tired and need someplace to stay, the only places available are roach coach motels

When getting into ATGATT and ready to go on that multi day trip. You remember your ear plugs aren't in and your key is under all the crap you just put on. Grrrr....

You always realize you need to adjust the boys after your gloves are on.

Precipitation is determined by whether or not you have your rainsuit along.

If you stop to take a short break, no cars will pass you the entire time. When you get all the way ready to go again, 3 cars and a semi will pass as you put on yur gloves.

You've been riding for a long while and have to pee so bad your back teeth are floatin' and you get off your bike so fast you that forgot to put the stand down... And people are watching.

No matter how many times you shake or tap that gas nozzle, one drop will always drip onto your bike! Also applies to going to the mens room and your pants!

You've done the research, done a cost benefit trade off analysis, and finally ordered that perfect farkle.

Then moments later, you find an even better product on one of these damn forums.

The harder to access and leverage the nut or bolt is, the higher the grade of loctite the manufacturer used. Completely inaccessible nuts have Allen heads, are torqued to over 100 foot-pounds, and are sealed with red loctite.
