Thanks for the report Bill!

I had a great time trying to keep up with you, Bob, and Adam in and around Montrose!

Nice trip Mr.Bill. Thanks for sharing..
Russ,

It was my second epic trip this year. 10 days on the fjr to nafo and last month 10 days on ktm690 to fods.

200 mile dirt road days on ktm = 900 mile slab on fjr = 300 mile days on Colorado paved roads with fjr

Awesome!!! Great pictures and fun stories! It was nice to meet you in Montrose.

Julie,

Thanks and it was great to meet you even if you ruined my plans to have the most miles on the NAFO ride! :)

I enjoyed following your epic ride with everyone else here. Thank you for taking the time to share.

Eh, you were only a couple thousand miles short of that award..... Lol! But you still had a good long haul with lots to see and do!

Yes we saw a lot, but cut our trip home short by two days due to the heat. I really enjoy the high plains and planned on taking backroads across Kansas and then the Hocking Hills in Ohio into the PA back roads.

I rode so slow this trip my tires are only half gone. I've never ever done that before. I must be learning to ride the right way :)

front tire started 5/32 ended 2.5/32

rear tire started 8/32 ended 4/32

I'm trying to un-flat spot them now on my favorite local tree lined streets. Funny how beautiful back home looks now.

Steve,

It was great to get out with you and Adam the two days we were at NAFO! Thanks for going along with us.

Where are all your pictures!

That LEO conversation was funny. I'll have to remember that one....

As for heat and humidity..... eh, don't get me started. (sigh)

A 5600 mile trip that ends with Blueberry Pie. Well done, sir.

Looks like another fun set of memories and (s)miles in the record books... did anyone NOT have a good time getting to/from and riding at NAFO? Good seeing you again... EOM next month?? :D

I'm an Odd Year EOM participant since 2003. Those hillbillies need a break from me so I only make them suffer every other year, but I did ride down to FODS in WV this year. Four LONG days to get to WV on dirt roads!
