I scratched the tank with the snap from my jacket liner. Hence my latest farkle. Burgundy tank skin, $90 from Second Look. Fits good. Looks great. I recommend it.
Maybe so with partial coverage covers, but my full coverage Bagster has preserved the tank's finish as new.I agree it does look like a perfect fit..The problem is that it will work like a bra on a car..
It will protect the tank from the scratches which appears to be the main reason for these (rock chips on cars).
The unintentional side effect is that tiny specs of sand will get trapped between the 2.. tank and bra.. and the vibration will cause small scratches on the tank.
If you remove and wash them regulerly you might avoit that problem...

I have been waiting for the Blk/Cherry tank skins. Where did you purchase from? The Second-Look website still does not offer the Burgundy tank skin?
no, that would just look ghey...Nice lookin' piece of kit, ...it'll look even better once you get the seat upholstered to match!
Where can I get one of these bras? I have some small scratches that have shown up on my tank and would like to keep from getting anymore. Also where can I find some sliders?
He's right.I agree it does look like a perfect fit..The problem is that it will work like a bra on a car..
