Been there done that. Already got the molds made. Already got all the various seat materials. I can even make the foam density in whatever firmness/softness you want. Light weight, Feels like the Tempur pedic foam bed but firmer.

Still testing......should be done in a few weeks. Will most likely be $250 finished, on your seat pan. And yes were going to need some FJR test butts too.
